What do we collect?

Your contact information is collected only through active consent through our sign up forms or via our checkout process. Data is collected with the sole purpose of receiving our regular newsletter via email or completing a purchase from our online shop.

When making a purchase your information is collected solely for the purpose of that particular  transaction. You will only be added to our mailing list of you ask us to. We use PayPal and Stripe to collect payments so do not have access to your financial data. What do we do with the information we collect?

You will receive marketing information because at some point you have requested to be on our mailing list. On this basis we believe there is a legitimate business interest to continue keeping in touch with you

I Am Cultured may periodically send promotional emails about new products, farmer’s markets and other events we are attending, taster days, recipes or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
