Join us for an evening exploring why gut health matters along with steps you can take to improve your microbiome and digestive health, boost your immune system and improve your overall physical and mental well being.
Throughout the evening you’ll be sampling a range of delicious gut friendly dishes, freshly prepared by The Cultured Deli. You’ll taste some ferments and learn how to incorporate fermented food and drink into your diet.
The British Gut Project recommends consuming 30 different types of plants each week in order to get the full range of nutritional benefits from a whole host of different plants.
You’ll return home from our Seminar with a very happy gut because, not only will you know how to improve your gut health, you will be surprised to find that you will have eaten 30 different plant based foods throughout the evening.
We’re thrilled to be joining forces with Ilfracombe Chocolate Emporium for this special evening. Don’t worry if you are tempted by some of the amazing handmade creations there, because some chocolate can be good for your gut!

CANCELLATION POLICY – * Please read before booking *
Stuff happens, so if you are unable to attend, please do let me know as soon as possible. I try to be flexible but, as a small business, last minute cancellations cause problems and headaches because it’s almost impossible to fill places at the last minute.
So please note when booking, that the following cancellation, refund and transfer fees apply.
• if you give me 3 weeks notice or more I can offer a full refund or transfer to an alternative/future date free of charge..
• If you give me 2 week’s notice, there is no refund, however, I can offer a transfer of date to a different event or workshop with a £5 admin fee.
• If you cancel within 7 days or less before the date of the event: Regrettably no refund or transfer of dates is possible.
Full refunds and alternative dates will be offered if, for any reason, we have to cancel the workshop.
