Join us for an evening exploring why gut health matters along with steps you can take to improve your microbiome and digestive health, boost your immune system and improve your overall physical and mental well being.

Throughout the evening you’ll be sampling a range of delicious gut friendly dishes, freshly prepared by The Cultured Deli. You’ll taste some ferments and learn how to incorporate fermented food and drink into your diet.

We’re also joined by special guest PiQi who make award winning water kefir, right here in North Devon. Founder Aksana will show us how to make amazing mocktails that are super tasty and packed full of beneficial bacteria.

The British Gut Project recommends consuming 30 different types of plants each week in order to get the full range of nutritional benefits from a whole host of different plants.

You’ll return home from our Seminar with a very happy gut because, not only will you know how to improve your gut health, you will be surprised to find that you will have eaten 30 different plant based foods throughout the evening.

Our fabulous Mill Street neighbours NAKED Salon & Studio are letting us use their coffee and community space for the evening.
