There’s a whole world of fermented food and drink to explore. Literally thousands of ferments from different cultures from across the globe. These ferments are steeped in history, culture and tradition and form part of our collective culinary ancestry. Many ferments date back thousands of years and they’re still around today. There’s a reason for that – they are nutrient dense and taste incredible. Originally a way of preserving the harvest or to make use of left overs and by-products, science has stepped in to show that fermented foods have health benefits too.
And we are wanting to share our passion for fermentation with you as part of our unique dining experiences.
We’ll be joining forces with chefs and foodies to bring you fabulous flavour forward menus using local, seasonal produce mixed in with some microbial magic.
